I hope you love your new GN- jewellery piece but if you need to return it for any reason, it will be stress-free!
If you are not fully satisfied with your ‘not bespoke product’ or it is damaged or defective upon delivery you must return the item to GN-jewellery within 10 days of receipt of the items. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
The item is your responsibility until it reaches GN-jewellery. For your own protection it is recommended that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility. Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made. Please also note I will refund an item if it is faulty, after a thorough check of the item. Please contact me via gn@gn-jewellery.com with ‘ RETURN’ in the subject. Please provide me with the information why the item is being returned, i.e. faulty, damaged, wrong size, followed by your customer Order Number. Please also indicate if you would like a refund or exchange. Please allow 14 working days for a refund to be processed.
