Deliveries & Shipping Information
Orders are dispatched within 4–5 working days once the payment is received via bank transfer or PayPal. Please note that completion times for individual (especially custom) orders may vary and are discussed with the customer on a case-by-case basis.
We ship worldwide from the UK using regular or registered airmail (with a tracking number). Shipping charges are as follows:

Return & Refund Policy
We are committed to delivering exceptional quality and craftsmanship in every piece. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your non-bespoke purchase, or if it arrives damaged or defective, you may return the item within 10 days of receipt.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

Returns are not accepted for bespoke (custom-made) pieces.
Return Process

Include your order number and reason for the return (e.g. faulty, damaged, incorrect size).

Specify whether you would prefer a refund or an exchange.

The item is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we recommend using a trackable, insured delivery service.

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is deemed faulty.
Refunds
