Returns & Refund Policy – GN Jewellery
We want you to love your new GN Jewellery piece, but if you need to return it, we’re here to make the process as simple and stress-free as possible.
Returns Eligibility
If you are not completely satisfied with your non-bespoke item, or it arrives damaged or
defective, you may return it within 10 days of receipt.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused
and in its original condition - It must be returned in the original
packaging
Please note: Custom or bespoke
items are non-refundable unless faulty.
How to Return an Item
- Email: gn@gn-jewellery.com
with ‘RETURN’ in the subject line - Include your Order Number
and a brief explanation (e.g., faulty, damaged, wrong size) - Indicate whether you'd prefer a refund or an exchange
We recommend using a tracked
and insured delivery service, as the item remains your responsibility until it arrives back at GN Jewellery.
Refunds
Refunds will only be issued after
the item has been thoroughly checked.
- Shipping charges are only refundable if the item is faulty
- Refunds are processed within 14 working days of receiving the return
